Please read the following text carefully so that there will be no misunderstandings: According to the Royal Car Rental booking conditions, our company reserves the right to elaborate these Terms Of Use at nay time.

Payment method

You will Pay Locally upon the delivery with CASH or Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard. If you prepay when you make the reservation you get a 10% discount.

Delivery

The delivery of your car will be at the Pick Up Area you choose through your reservation. Our Representative will be waiting for you with an Access Network Label with your Name written on, so you can easily find him. He will escort you to your car and provide you with the necessary Document - Agreement. He will give you as well directions for Returning the Car in any of the Return Location and Time you have notified to us in the Request form.

Fuel Policy

Your car is delivered with some petrol and you will give it back the same way. If you prefer, we can deliver your car with a Full tank of petrol and you will give it back as empty as possible. The cost of petrol will be paid locally. We wish you a pleasant stay in Crete and a safe drive!

1. All renters must have a valid EU or International Driving License
2. You have to be at least 21 years old so you can rent from A, A1, B1, C1, Automatic, E, and 23 years old for all other car groups
3. Rates are calculated on the basis of collection/return to the same rental location. Rental days are calculated on a 24-Hour basis from the vehicle pick up. For over 3 hours delayed drop offs, renter will be charged locally an additional day.

COLLISION DAMAGE CAUSED BY ALCOHOL OR DRUG ABUSE AS WELL AS TRAFFIC LAW VIOLATIONS.
